All returns (Products) must have a valid TGI RMA # defective or otherwise

Any product returned without an authorized RMA# clearly written on the shipping box will be refused and or shipped back

Any items contained within the shipping container that is not authorized, not in the condition described on the RMA or goods not originating from TGI will be shipped back at the shippers expense

Receipt of non-authorized goods by the return dept will result in no credit and will be shipped back. Additional shipping and handling fees will apply

All products must be returned in the original packaging

TGI has a 30 day return policy

TGI will apply a 20% re-stocking fee
