Thousands of school leaders joined us at the New Jersey School Boards Association’s signature event, Workshop 2024, which featured a dynamic mix of insights, strategies and collaborative opportunities — all geared to help school leaders navigate the evolving landscape of education.
The Atlantic City Convention Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey was a buzz on Tuesday, Oct. 22 and Wednesday, Oct. 23. TGI hosted demonstrations from our industry experts. This year we focused on explaining how we help School Districts protect against security data breaches and the possibility of litigation, while improving your Cyber Insurability. We also discussed how TGI assistS in keeping districts compliant with government regulations, such as eDiscovery, Sarbanes-Oxley, FERPA, and HIPPA, with regard to Network and Endpoint Security, Document and Information Security and Printer Security.
Education is the foundation upon which future generations build their knowledge, skills and abilities, enabling them to become the leaders, innovators and problem-solvers of tomorrow. So, it is fitting that this year’s theme was “Quest for Student Success,” which embodies our collective mission and passion for giving students the tools they need to succeed.
More than 8,000 school leaders, including board members, superintendents, business administrators, charter school trustees, technology professionals, facilities managers, curriculum directors attend every year. Throughout Workshop, we embarked on a journey to uncover the multifaceted levels of student success, delving into topics such as pursuing academic excellence, promoting mental health, leveraging technology, negotiating contracts and more. With the training and best practices you recieve at Workshop, attendees leave empowered with actionable insights and tools to effectively support and champion the diverse needs of students.
