On November 15 Ricoh hosted TGI’s sales team at their new Customer Experience Center (CEC) in New York City.
They offered a technology briefing, product demos and a solution workshop. Our team experienced firsthand the full range of solutions. From the latest workflow technology and unified communications systems to commercial/industrial print equipment, interactive whiteboards and IT services.
Meeting spaces and conference rooms are equipped with interactive whiteboards, advanced video conferencing and unified communications systems. We enjoyed touring the state-of-the-art production print room, where you see the equipment’s features and functionalities, from print quality to workflow management systems.
