TGI Helps Raise $200,000 for United Cerebral Palsy of New York City

United Cerebral Palsy of New York City held their 14th Annual Golf Tournament at Brae Burn Country Club in Purchase, NY on Monday, October 5th. The event raised over $200,000 to support the programs and services UCP of NYC provides to thousands of New Yorkers and their families. The Champion Award was presented to the UCP of NYC All Stars, two-time Southeast Bronx Neighborhood Center Basketball Tournament winners for demonstrating the power to inspire and lead as role models. United Cerebral Palsy of New York City, Inc. (UCP of NYC) is the leading nonprofit agency in New York City providing direct services, technology and advocacy to children and adults with cerebral palsy and other disabilities. UCP of NYC offers a breadth of more than 75 comprehensive programs including medical, clinical, educational, technological, residential and rehabilitative services to over 14,000 New York City residents and families annually. Their services are delivered by a staff of more than 1,500 trained and dedicated individuals, including many employees who themselves have disabilities.
The success of UCP of NYC is dependent on outside support from Corporations, Foundations and individuals. TGI shares the desire to improve the lives of the 14,000 children and adults with cerebral palsy and other related disabilities so we continue to support their mission.
