TGI Acquires Tri-State Office Solutions
TGI is pleased to announce that effective January 5, 2015, we have completed the acquisition of assets of Tri-State Office Solutions located in Pennsauken, New Jersey. Tri-State founded in 1994 was a Toshiba, Kyocera and HP reseller with customers in South Jersey, Southeastern Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware.
“As TGI looks to continue its growth in the markets we serve, we are also interested in expansion through acquisition, if the acquisition makes sense geographically and operationally”, explained Frank Grasso, CEO TGI. “In 2013 we added a new sales team in Central New Jersey and opened a new distribution center in West Caldwell, New Jersey. In 2014 we added a new sales team in Southern Connecticut. This acquisition is a natural progression for us as adding Tri-State will now give us the ability to service customers in the entire state of New Jersey as well the New York City, Southern Connecticut and Philadelphia Metropolitan areas.”
Gade Kreckel, President of Tri State added, “Tri-State was looking for a partner who had the knowledge and resources capable of furthering the advancements Tri-State has made in recent years with products and services, especially solutions. TGI has been very successful in launching new solutions to their customers and we look forward to duplicate their success in our service area.”
We wanted to take this opportunity to welcome the Tri-State customers to the TGI family. We would like to formally introduce ourselves and help in any way we can during this time of transition. Please don’t hesitate to contact us. TGI is looking forward to creating more satisfied customers!
TGI is located in the former Tri-State office at 7905 Browning Road, Suite 300 in Pennsauken, New Jersey. Should you need service and support please call 1.866.go.tgioa or 856-663-3700.
