TGI Secures and Optimizes Printing for a Nonprofit Case

ABOUT THE CUSTOMER
This nonprofit center promotes and protects the human rights of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and actively supports their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes. They are committed to enhancing the quality of life of those individuals and their families through advocacy, empowerment, education, and prevention.

CHALLENGE
The center had multiple MFPs (multifunction printers) throughout their main location, all of which were utilizing PIN release printing via the print drivers. They were looking for more of a centralized secure print option where the same PIN codes could be utilized. Their goal was to streamline their current environment.

SOLUTION
To address each of their requests, TGI offered the PaperCut application with Find-Me Printing and Secure Print Release. PaperCut makes print management as easy and pain-free as possible.

RESULTS
With the implementation of Papercut, users are now afforded the ability to pick up their print jobs from any of the six MFPs throughout the center and no longer forced to wait for the closest machine to become available. TGI was able to provide the customer with increased functionality at a relatively low cost. The customer is pleased with their improved productivity.
