YAI is a program for people with developmental disabilities. We demonstrate our commitment to diversity and community by employing YAI graduates.

The program facilitates long-term, meaningful job opportunities that bring the employees a sense of pride, fosters independence, and promotes a means of support. TGI had chosen to diversify our workforce and expand our talent pool with YAI. TGI’s YAI employees also play a role in our green initiatives.
